Scott Needs

Scott Needs is one of only a few second generation CRSP (Canadian Registered Safety Professional) whose career has gone from teaching at the YMCA to leading Human Resource departments in both the Forestry, Sawmilling, and Automotive Industries in Northern and Southern Ontario. Lately his career has taken him across Northern Ontario in the Construction and Mining fields and he is currently working as a Health and Safety Consultant for the Infrastructure Health and Safety Association.

Michael Tomashowski

Michael is a Health and Safety Consultant with the Infrastructure Health & Safety Association. Michael has been working in this current position for 2 ½ years and provides consultative and training services in the Kenora and Rainy River Districts. Michael joined the IHSA bringing a wealth of experience from the electrical construction trade of health and safety best practices. Michael has a passion to promote a positive safety culture to workers and employers and provides sound advice to improve their H&S program and performance. Michael resides in Kenora with his wife and son.
